Since passing the Miss Florida crown, Allison has spent countless hours helping others achieve their dreams. Allison specializes in overall image and platform development as well as interview coaching and talent consulting.
COACHING OPTIONS:
I. Hourly coaching: This is most effective when we are targeting a specific area.
II. Flat rate: INDIVIDUALIZED: If you are looking for a coach to assist in all areas, this is most likely your best option. I will estimate how many hours you need of one-on-one interaction and guidance. During our time together we will work on proper interview techniques honing the skills you possess and providing tips to a more successful interview experience. This option will also include wardrobe consultation along with hair and makeup critiques and advice. Finally, to the extent you desire, we will review your chosen talent and develop methods to make your performance stronger and more memorable for the judges panel.
III. Pageant Boot Camp: This one-on-one pageant boot camp is definitely the most intensive consulting experience. You will have the opportunity to live with Allison for five days. We will work on your fitness, nutrition, wardrobe, interview, talent and any other areas we feel need to be addressed. If you would like new headshots or additional training with hair and make-up experts, We will provide those resources for you. The minimum time spent per day is 6 hours; the most is 8 hours.
*** MOCK INTERRVIEWS: All clients will have the option to participate in mock interviews that are prepared by the AKW Consulting Team. The mocks are videotaped and each participant receives immediate constructive criticism through their evaluations with the judges. This is a wonderful training tool that has proven to be incredibly effective.
***WARDROBE RENTAL: Clients receive priority with regard to wardrobe rental for competition and appearances. All wardrobe items must be professionally dry cleaned and the client assumes the risk and are responsible for the price of the item if it becomes damaged while in their possession.
***FULL DISCLOSURE: While we do not object to you working with other professionals in the pageant industry, We do require that you inform me who they are and how often you meet. We like to collaborate with them as well so to best prepare you to meet your goals.
