Allison is a marketing and sales professional, motivational speaker, founder and president of a 501c3 non-profit organization, and currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development and Branding for a cutting edge, behavioral health care company based in Central Florida. Additionally, Allison had the unique opportunity to serve her state as Miss Florida 2006, logging over 80,000 miles and making over 250 personal appearances. 
As the Vice President of Business Development and Branding for ​Advanced Recovery Systems, Allison has  utilized her personal experiences to not only propel her company to new heights as a leader in the treatment industry, but also maintain the integrity and mission of their work - to provide innovative, quality care to all patients.  Allison spearheads the business development department for Advanced Recovery Systems and all ARS-owned properties, which now include facilities in Colorado, Washington, Maryland, Ohio and Florida. She manages brand development for the entire organization, creates and oversees educational outreach and prevention programs. She is also responsible for identifying industry trends and opportunities to scale.

In addition to assessing the effectiveness of the organization's marketing strategy, Allison trains, tracks, manages and analyzes the performance of the National Business Development team; identifying the appropriate outreach approach for each geographical area of the country. Allison identifies key opportunities for Advanced Recovery Systems' to share their vision for a better behavioral healthcare landscape through a myriad of speaking engagements and innovative campaigns. 

Vocal about her own recovery from Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa, and passionate about ARS’s corporate philosophy, Allison speaks nationally on a regular basis about the wide array of issues pertaining to mental illness and the necessity for quality patient care. In addition to her involvement with start-up facilities, Allison is actively involved in potential mergers and acquisitions for ARS, identifying prospective profitable locations while adding to the service lines available in ARS’ brand portfolio.

In addition to authoring two success workbooks, Allison has been a contributing editor for the Dove Digital Channel hosted on MSN.com, as well as a featured blogger on PBS and for Tri Delta's Reflections Program.  Her philanthropic efforts have been mentioned in multiple published non-fiction works, including actress Diane Keaton’s memoir, Then Again, and Life Beyond Your Eating Disorder by Johanna Kandel. She has been a special guest on multiple national television programs including The Big Story with John Gibson and Hannity and Colmes on FOX News, Huff Post Live, Lifetime Television's Balancing Act, PBS's Emotional Life, and NBC's iVillage.  

Allison launched The She Believed She Could Podcast in 2020 which is available on iTunes, GooglePlay, Stitcher, Spotify and YouTube.

PHILANTHROPIST | ADVOCATE 


In 2001, Allison founded Helping Other People Eat (H.O.P.E.) - a 501c3 nonprofit organization that focuses on the prevention and awareness of eating disorders. In 2006, she created “The Blue Jeans for True Genes Campaign” an initiative through HOPE and NEDA to encourage people to "Be Comfortable In Your Genes- Don't Fight Your Genes, Just Change Your Jeans." Since 2006, over 25,000 pair of jeans have been collected and donated to charities in need. 

In 2010, Allison launched the “Get R.E.A.L.” Program, encouraging everyone to set “Realistic Expectations and Attitudes for Life.” This innovative video outreach program was distributed to over 7,000 schools, legislative offices and community health organizations throughout the State of Florida free of charge. In 2011, Vol. 2 was distributed to every single college and university in the country. In 2013, Allison and the members of H.O.P.E. collaborated with Blue Horizon Eating Disorder Services to create Eating Disorder Current Concepts. This program is available on a DVD, website and a free mobile app available on iTunes and GooglePlay. In 2018, free, clinician-led support groups started in Orlando and since then, she's launched a capital campaign to open a clinic in Central Florida to help those who can't afford treatment. The clinic will open in Orlando in 2020/2021!

In addition to serving as the inaugural Chairwoman of the National Jr. Board for the National Eating Disorders Association, Allison served on the national board of NEDA for over 8 years, and lobbied with the Eating Disorders Coalition on Capitol Hill, Allison has personally spoken to over 85,000 people, and millions more through various media outlets, about the dangers of eating disorders. Allison has also served on the Board for both the Eating Disorders Network of Central Florida and the Central Florida iaedp Chapters. Allison co-chaired the 2016 NEDA Gala in New York City and raised over $1 million for this cause.

Allison served as the Chief Executive Officer for both Allison Kreiger Image and Pageant Consulting from 2007-2012 and McKenna Walsh Coaching and Professional Management, LLC, from 2012-2014. The Central Florida based businesses were designed to help young women reach their full potential and accomplish their goals. Among them, Allison personally mentored numerous back-to-back Miss Florida and Miss Florida's Outstanding Teen winners, as well as Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2012 and 2014.  

In 2017, Allison launched Savvy Girl Guides, an interactive, online community designed to empower and equip the young women of today to become the leading ladies of tomorrow. Savvy Girl offers personalized one-on-one success coaching, workshops, online courses, success guides, and resume design services.
